Universal Energy — How It Impacts Your Life

I want to talk to you about how we use “universal energy”.

When clients come in with emotional issues, mental issues, spiritual issues and physical issues…

How do we solve that?

We need to learn more about this “Universal Energy” and more importantly how we manage it.

We can manage it the just like we manage our physical bodies.

How is this?

When we want to put our bodies into a state of better health we watch our diet, we exercise, we get the right amount of sleep and we spend doing things we’d love to do.

I encourage you to try this.

In order to manage our “energy body,” there are a couple of techniques that we can use.

One of these techniques is called “Grounding”.

Grounding is when we take this outside energy that is in our energy field and we breathe deep and we push it down hard into the earth.

Learning this grounding technique can help you in many ways.

I’ve had people say “Karen, this is breath work, not energy work’.

Well, it’s both.

Your breath is absolutely living energy.

When you take a deep breath and blow it out — it actually restructures your aura field.

It also makes you feel good.

Your body becomes relaxed, recharged, and recentered correctly.

Lot of breath work has to do with quantum physics.

When we take a deep breath we force our auric field to center the energy inside of us and around us all the way do to connect to our feet, to connect to the earth, and to anchor us and make us solid on this planet.

It clears up our mind.

When we do that it helps us have a clear focus.

It helps us to have more strength.

It helps us to have this awareness and alertness that we might lose it at 2 p.m when we want a Snickers bar or something at work.

One of the best things that this can work for is simply things that we deal with all the time.

It could be the inability to focus, the stress that might come up in daily life, doing a project at work, or something happening in our relationships.

There are a lot of people that I see that are dealing with the anxiety of life in this world every single day.

So, to help with that the concentration would be the breath.

It would be feet on the ground. Bare feet work better.

It’s best when you have your bare feet on the ground.

You are better to stand in the ground wherever you are.

You’re going to take five deep breaths.

In through your nose and out.

When I do this I’m deep breathing through my nose and all the way to my toes.

You have to do that deep. Breath. it out.

So it is as deep as you can.

All the way to your toes and out as much as you can to empty one more time through your nose.

If you are doing this outside and your feet are on the Earth — I want you to take a look around and see the sky. The trees. Whatever is in front of you.

See what it looks like.

I guarantee you it’s going to be clearer.

Then, if you were feeling unsettled before this or if you’re feeling a little shaky or feeling a little worried or feeling a little anxious about something, then check in with that emotion, too.

Sometimes my clients say “How often can I do this?”

The good news is you can do this as many times as you want.

We don’t want you hyperventilating.

Then I would say if you’re going through a stressful time, then at least breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

And you could do this another 10 times and make yourself feel better.

But remember — this isn’t just a breathing technique.

This is really a technique of grabbing those quantum physics particles in your aura field and pushing them down.

This is what’s happening all the way to the ground. All the way to the Earth.

As you breathe in — that’s what’s happening.

Then, when you let your breath out that energy that is around you is connecting you to “Mother Earth” just like an umbilical cord.

When you do that you will feel her fire, her strength, her calmness, and her comfort.

All of a sudden things look clearer and anxiety, nervousness, unsettledness is gone and peace remains.
